P.S.: This post is written in English because the Japanese translator often makes many mistakes, and I want to make sure what I mean is understood as clearly as possible.
Regarding YouTube memberships and the alleged harassment and fraud.
I'm going to respond because many people are saying, both here and in my YouTube videos, that my intention is to scam their favorite YouTubers with memberships.
Guys, do your research before commenting!
Memberships are non-refundable. Memberships can only be refunded by YouTube itself when it can't find anyone to give those gift memberships to, and it's automatic without any intervention. Once the stream ends, YouTube searches for another 12 hours to give the gift memberships to, and if it still can't find anyone, it grants the refund.
The requirements to receive a gift membership are to be subscribed to the streamer's channel and have the option to receive gift memberships enabled. I have no way of knowing when I should stop accepting donations because this information is hidden!
Streamers don't suffer any kind of discount on their income; that's simply a lie. Because the memberships that were given out in November aren't collected until December, and it's essentially as if that money never existed, so to speak.
I deeply regret that, due to a lack of information about how the memberships work for some people and content creators (I want to believe it's not with malicious intent), a smear campaign has started against me, accusing me of every possible wrongdoing. I'm open to hearing any questions you may have.
