Global Rules

1. You will not upload, request, or link to illegal materials.
   
2. You will not flood or spam the boards, this includes:
   
   1. Line spam or other posts which make it difficult to navigate threads
   2. Multiple threads within a short timeframe with the same image or text
   3. Using scripts or bots to create a high volume of posts in a short amount of time*
   *This is permitted in threads which are dedicated to that topic
3. Completely irrelevant or off topic threads may be removed.
4. You will not upload any malware or viruses, or link to IP grabbers, malware websites, etc. Do not use link shorteners or other similar services which obscure the original link.
5. You will not gossip about discord drama, ecelebs, etc on /soy/
6. Advertising of any type is not welcome — this includes advertising imageboards, discord servers, crypto projects, business's, etc
7. Do not make joke/false reports or flood the report system.
8. Do not use avatars or signatures as a form of pseudo identification.
9. Evading bans may result in longer or permanent ones on both IPs. Instead, appeal it.
   Appeals are almost always accepted if you provide a valid reason.
10. The use of proxies, VPN's, or TOR is forbidden.
11. Embedding hidden content or files on uploaded images is strictly forbidden.
12. You will not attempt to take down the site through false reports, DDoS attacks, or other illegal actions.
13. Do not post "meta" threads complaining about the rules, "the state of the website", or the moderation outside of /q/.
