本日、法務委員会にて法務大臣の所信表明がありました。 私は 11月20日の法務委員会で委員として質疑に立ちます。 予定しているテーマは、 ①合議体による刑事裁判の評決における過半数制について-袴田事件に関連して ②不起訴処分となった外国人等の国外退去について,出入国管理及び難民認定法24条関係 ③強制加入団体である日弁連が政治活動を行うことの問題点について の3点です。 ※質問内容は状況に応じて変更となる可能性があります。
