      SNP and greens (Small g) continue their war against motorists, they need money for a Colonial Slavery Trail amongst other Virtue Signalling projects they have planned.

        Yet another scam by the SNP/Green administration to fleece the residents so they can install more underused bike lanes.

        Instead of be a flat rate for each vehicle, it is to be based on the vehicle's emissions.

        But surely parked vehicles produce no emissions!
