私は「思ったこと言ってよ」という側で、話し合いしてて黙る経験より意見を伝える経験のが多いけど、相手が黙ってしまってそれが思考を巡らせている時間であれば待つ。逆に思考を停止させ理解しようとしない姿勢であればその相手と話し合うことは諦める。話し合いができない人とは自然と縁は切れていく
