So what was that plane carrying? That was one hell of a fireball and a ton of thick black smoke.
Not to mention danm near all of Louisville being told to shelter in place. With the trains in Ohio last year or whenever that was there where carts full of nasty chemicals so a large shelter in place made sense. Not so much for this plane
