    This might be the thing that gets the government back to reopen.

    [Edit: the problem was during takeoff. Almost certainly unrelated to ATC]

    Is it on the passenger side of the airport or UPS?

    Neither, UPS plane caught on fire and crashed shortly after takeoff. The entire airport is shutdown until further notice either way, though.
