No I understood, but having that in your terms when you're holding people's money hostage for months is bullshit. Good example of why I only invest a cup of coffee in new providers.

I only click on these Nuyek threads to see if it's finally over.

No refund, and MasterCard said I am responsible for my charge. So, I have no server, no service, no refund. Will contact MasterCard in a moment and continue on. It was stated in the ticket a refund will be issued. So we shall see. Nothing like being out $800+...

Got a response from Nuyek and a refund I'm told has been issued. Fingers crossed. Disappointed that it didn't work out to have a great server -- but probably happened for the best.

I am going to call it:

If you can still access to your data, start making backups.

You're supposed to be doing backups before anything bad happens.

  • just got more servers delivered :) quick yabs:

I am gonna call it now, it doesn't seem like they are going to resolve the matter even when I asked them. (He responded quickly for any other inquiry but when asked about all these people that they haven't delivered -> he just no longer reply to my messages)

It is kinda sad how it turns out despite I really hope that they success, heck I also already spent hundreds with them but oh well. I have just taken a look on my idlers and my dedi with them has been offline for weeks and I can't even login to the dedi control panel.

Tag suspended, and for those with services undelivered please chargeback now.

Actually the service has been marked as refunded, but I have been waiting for three months and the refund has never arrived :'(

I've tried contacting them through the ticket system, but no one has replied so far.

  • Same case here. Nuyek isn't going to come back. Had inquired about potential delivery date and if not refund using ticket system but so far have been met with dead silence. Those who can chargeback should do so immediately. Those who have a working server should start looking for a new home ASAP. No one knows, who will be their next victim.
