Japan will most likely see the first female prime minister leading the country soon, as Sanae Takaichi was elected president of the governing Liberal Democratic Party today. Can this be considered good news for women - in a nation that ranks #118 out of 148 nations in the WEF's latest Global Gender Gap report? I do not think so, on the contrary. More on this, and what else we can expect from the very conservative prime minister-designate, especially when it comes to foreign politics, in one of my three live interviews in English with Deutsche Welle yesterday and today: https://lnkd.in/gHq2bCFR #japan #women #equality
Hi, Ms. Sonja Blaschke , I watched your interview in which you said, “some populist politicians have used that to further their agenda and are spreading wrong information about crimes being perpetrated which are not backed up by actual data.” This is a rather strong accusation against politicians, but it’s also quite vague. Could you please clarify which “populist politicians” were spreading what “wrong information” about crimes? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-zCWber0G9o&t=280s Best regards, Yutaka

1moSonja Blaschke - Your short interview is the best summary about her "real agenda" I've seen so far. Thanks! These 5 minutes are worth watching.
