A couple of people, 3 as far as I know, including myself, have ordered the $99 / year Ryzen 5700U's in their Kansas DC, also known as the Bermuda Triangle, 5 months ago. Mind you the servers started their journey off of Texas, from DataIdeas' closure sale, so not that far away.

The last updates were about 1-2 weeks after the order that the mini-pc's are there and that they are getting a new power cable or that they are just waiting for the DC's to wire them up.

In the span of 5 months since the order:

  • Terabit opened 5 new sales threads
  • Terabit opened 2 new recruitment threads
  • Terabit offered to buy hostslick
  • Terabit invested? in aviscp
  • Terabit hired a new support
  • Terabit thought about raising prices for everyone's services by $1/month and moving them to "premium transit"
  • Terabit opened up a Brazil location (nobody has yet to see, might be another Brisbane / Dubai incident)
  • Terabit took over Enzonix and have moved about 10% of ryzen customers to xeon e5 hardware in a different location, rest are pending migration for their xeon e5 upgrade (was supposed to be completed few weeks ago)
  • I realised that the account @SilverCreek is operated by the owner, but last year pretended like it's operated by a guy who holds no authority over any business decisions (shrooms?)
  • About 50 downtimes on one customer's NL VPS
  • Gone from Spring to Winter (3 seasonal transitions)
  • Witnessed GenG win MSI 2025, and T1 win Worlds 2025

but Terabit have yet to:

  • respond to private / public enquiries about what is happening with the server (asked and mentioned 200+ times, ddr ignor'd everytime)
  • actually deliver the server

I will be making a service transfer thread on LET soon including $12/year and $3/year servers from Terabit so watch out on the service transfer thread if you are still interested! The dedi will be added to the transfer pool as soon as it's delivered (disclaimer: it won't).

    I'm not sure if I missed your DM somewhere but I don't see one in my inbox. When we ran that sale, it did take a bit to get everything functional and online, and we delivered all we had.

    The problem when we ran that sale is it became so popular and people opened tickets and some of our staff processed additional orders, of which we refunded all the ones the staff said they processed as additional. I'm suspecting you are in that one which got missed, my apologies.

    can I get something as well as I've suffered from emotional distress as a result of all the debates and arguments in the mate ricks due to this delay?

    :D :D 8 minutes for a response after a public thread when you have been intentionally ignoring all mentions of this in another app (matrix) that a lot of us frequent a lot for 5 months is crazy work. I think one of your staff also reached out to you so you should not act like you missed this or whatever, you knew very well what happened. If you read the bottom of the thread I do not want any of your services anymore... Perhaps you should get the people who had to migrate from ryzen to xeon e5 that space instead if you still have slots on your ryzen servers?

    Mind you the server I ordered was the first :D :D and the 2 other people who got them are also the 2nd and 3rd person to order them :D :D This has to be the worst excuse ever, because you definitely did not deliver anything to anyone.

    Apologies, I don't think I've checked Matrix much in a good minute. I had a newborn at the start of last month so I've been largely away since just before October. I think I popped in since then once or twice since then, only to send a single message and pop out, but largely just to help @beanman109 in DMs with his server.

    I think one of your staff also reached out to you so you should not act like you missed this or whatever, you knew very well what happened. If you read the bottom of the thread I do not want any of your services anymore

    I haven't received a DM in ~3.5mo about it, no messages on our internal chat system. If you don't want any of our services, do you want to send me your email and I can refund you for all of them?

    If all I wanted was a refund I would have asked it a long ago. You've been intentionally ignoring for 5 months about the status of the server delivery, which something a proper business should not do. Even if you were away from October, you still had 3-4 months of no-delivery and silence. I think one of your staff did contact you recently, maybe he did not. But if you are acting like you forgot everything and that you have not been ignoring anything at all is JUST TOO MUCH :D

    2. Process the payments without considering what you can provide (that's a problem for tomorrow).
    3. Refund some, put others on dark zone.
    4. If they claim, then refund or else chew the profit without any liability.

    Sounds like a great business!

    The crazy thing is, I and a few others know for a fact that I was their first order. The plan was released on another chat room before it hit anywhere including LET, and this happened only because DataIdeas closed and their hardwares were being sold and shipped from there. 2 of us got it from there (2/2), 1 got it from the first official sale on LET (1/?), earliest restock.

    BUT Terabit got on here in 8 minutes after the thread was opened (where was he for 5 months?), hurriedly came up with a story that all 3 of us were not the first ones, and that they have actually delivered what they had to people earlier :D If he had no hardware he could have just said so.... Isn't it also strange that the owner was giving updates in that chat room to us saying the hardware is ready, waiting for another power supply, waiting for DC to rack them up etc... in the first 1-2 weeks?

    In any case, giving away @plumberg the 2 remaining services I have with tera-lies-like-he-breathes-bit, hit his inbox if anyone for some reason still want a piece.

    Woah, what a surprise a convicted swatter is involved in scamming. I'm surprised he's even allowed here after he was banned for multi accounting before.

    Not really that shocking to me, given that he has broken the law multiple times before.
