直接受け取ったあなたが「怪文書の類いだと思った」「あまり評価に値しないかなと思って置いておいた」のに、市中に出回った同じ文書を一般人から斎藤知事が受け取っただけで、「知事は公益通報として扱うべきだった」と主張するのは、あまりに無理があるのではないでしょうか。

「斎藤知事が自ら主導して第三者委員会を設置した」は誤りです。 実際には、県議会側の強い要請を受けて設置を決めたもので、知事が主導したわけではありません。委員の人選にも関与せず、むしろ人選を進めたのは県議会側です。 それでも第三者委員会設置の責任を知事に問うのは、正しいのでしょうか？

その通り。4月になってから相談されただけ、問題なし。 兵庫県を、無法地帯にした斎藤知事。盃を受けた幹部の元には鉄の掟の組員（県庁職員）１万人。街宣車には、二次団体の立花孝志氏が乗り、逆らうやつは傘下の組員が凸撃。 公的サービス提供組織を、反社会的組織に変えた手腕は47都道府県一！
