    4. How can I make this Blu-ray drive work on Windows 10? I bought it a few years ago and just installed it. I can open and close the Blu-ray. I downloaded the firmware/driver that is supposed to work with it, but Windows 10 doesn't recognize the device.

    5. I'm getting a weird pause and dropout as the Blu-Ray shifts from chapter to chapter. Research seems to show that a firmware update is needed, but I have the latest from LG.

    8. I have the WH16NS40 config'ed in an external drive housing as an OWC Mercury Pro Professional External USB 3.1 Gen 1 Optical drive. OWC is so hyper-MAC, cannot tell what burner software I can use for PC. I want to be able to burn all formats esp. M.

    10. I have a new WH16NS40, and when I play Blu-Ray Movie every 10 - 12 seconds the playback will hesitate for less than a second. Have you seen this issue?  How can I resolve this problem?
