Forum:	forums	Subject:	Suggestion: Allow Wayback to save changed pages in less than 10 minutes.

Normally, one needs to wait 10 minutes (formerly 5 minutes) of delay to re-submit a page.

Also, the live web will show the page of less than 10 minutes ago when using it for archival.

I suggest the Wayback Machine to detect whether the target page has changed, and if it did, allow re-archival.

This could be useful for quickly changing pages.
