→ ■感想など③ 今日の被告人も先々週の民事の被告も、見た目は至って普通の方でした。 慣れない場所で人に見られながらの裁判で、とても緊張して不安そうなのはよく伝わってきますが、この人たちの様子と投稿内容がぜんぜん繋がらないのには驚きます。 今後も復職するまでは傍聴を続けるつもりです。

昨日の傍聴、普段から「チーム」とか「リアルでもステキな友だち」とか言っていた割には誰一人応援に来ていなくて拍子抜けしたし、複雑な気持ちになった。 まあ被告本人が傍聴を断ったのかもしれないけど、私だったら傍聴席に自分の味方？仲間？が居ればホッとするよな。

（人気がある有名人ではない方の）あのちゃんの刑事裁判は被告人がダグダだった。子どもの言い訳みたいなことを繰り返してばかり。 「ハゲとかアタオカとかクズとか書かないで、穏当な表現を使えば良かったのでは」という検察からの質問が全てを語っている。大多数の人はそれができているんだよね。

私が告訴人の刑事訴訟を傍聴しました。 相手はいまだに挑発を続けておりますが、全て出すそうなので、全て出すご希望のようですから経緯をお伝えしていきます。廊下で被告と出くわし激しい形相での睨み合いになり私の前を何度も往来し暴行を覚悟したくらいです。 柔道3私の方が大きいので負けません。

（補足） 今回で言えば現住所のように、公にすると身の危険があるとかそういうものは口頭で答えるのを省略して構わないようでした。代わりにその場で紙に書いて裁判官に渡していました。 ちなみに被告人は「岡先生の仲間が傍聴などを呼びかけていて、住所が明らかになるのは危険」と言っていました。
