申し訳ないが宿をやってて一番身構えてしまうお客が自転車乗り。 自己中率が断トツです…。 私の自転車は高価で雨に濡らしたくないから客室に(分解せず)入れさせろ、目の届く所に置きたいから自分の部屋(二階)の窓の真下に停めさせろ、雨宿りで入浴もせず金も落とさずトイレ使って半日ロビー居座り等…

Google口コミ。 サイクリング途中でパンク。 できるだけ早く直して欲しいと伝えても、困っている客には寄り添ってくれず途方に暮れた。 結局1時間ほどで直ったが、感謝の気持ちより不愉快さだけ残った星2。 なんなのこれ。 飛び込みで早くやれって客は、忙しいから他当たってくれって言うぞ。

ご飯(白米)は炊飯器から「セルフで」とは言ったけど「食べ放題」ではないんだよ…一人で2合も3合も4合も食べないでくれ…。しかも最後ならまだしもこれから来るお客さんの分まで食べ尽くさないでくれよ…隣のテーブルまだなの見て分かるよね？？家族も止めてあげてよ…。 お米が高いんだよ。。。

7年前、痩せて汚れて瀕死で山に棄てられていたクララさんを拾って、ご飯たくさん食べて元気出てきて、初めてシャンプーしてキレイになって、お家に入れてもらって、室内犬になって、家族が出来て、大好きなお兄ちゃんも出来て、その日をお誕生日に決めて、皆でお祝いした日の写真を見てやって下さい。

今朝、湯治で長期滞在されていたお爺ちゃんがチェックアウトしたのですが、お帰りになった後に客室を見たら… 部屋の電灯がカスタマイズされてた(笑)。 寝床で全て完結させたかったんだろうな… 実家の自分の部屋とかコタツのある部屋とかを思い出して、懐かしくて思わず泣きそうになった。。。

無理を承知でお願いです。 冬の雪国においでの方、なるべくキャスター付きスーツケースは避けて頂けると助かります。雪道で車輪は機能しません。また土足禁止の当館では写真の状態では館内が汚れる為すぐにお通し出来ず、詰まった雪を掻出す・溶かす作業が物凄く負担になります。 どうかご理解下さい。
