I will list you the meme (with basis in reality) about all these seemingly unrelated topics that gather 'round troons. Do you know why troons and gooners gravitate so much around these topics in particular?

Another explanation is that they're pretentious redditors, who like to think that they know more than the average person. "To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to know that angels actually looked like eldritch abominations / dinos had feathers / Capybaras exist". It's a common misconception, but I checked Snopes so I know the little-known truth! Nothin' personnel, kid!".
Thus, the word "underrated" seems to me to be synonymous with "I'm a tranny and I like taking it up my surgical axe wound!".
You'll also notice some kind of fake nostalgia for the 80's, for rubberhose cartoons, etc., again, because that media is now "underrated" and no longer fashionable in the mainstream.
There also seem to be paranormal / horror undertones: biblically accurate angels, analog horror, modern creepypastas, cryptids. Note how it's not the manly, burly kind of slasher horror like Friday the 13th, rather, it's "mysterious", "alien", and "UNKNOWN". Again, this theme of "little-known secret", "underrated", "underdog".
So I guess that these people were bullied in school and viewed as weak, so they seek out "little-known" media. Just kidding, they're too lazy to seek out actually obscure media, otherwise they'd know that biblically accurate angels aren't THAT biblically accurate, or they would've watched some actual rubber hose cartoons rather than just gooning to bendy/cuphead, so in reality they just seek out sperg-slop that masquerades as "little-known" or "underrated".
Furthermore, since these leftists are so lame and weak, got bullied in school, spend time in their mom's basements doped up on pills due to their social anxiety, and preach lame shit like love and acceptance, but they still feel that masculine urge for being dangerous, so it results in their "tough guy" interests in horror / paranormal: "Look mommy! I'm not entirely scared of FNAF, this makes me a big boy, right?"
Also, I've noticed that while not many women like Dragon Ball, there are many women who do seem to like creepypastas, so this could gain explain why there would be retarded "transbian" Casanova-wannabes shooting their shot at e-girls.
Undertale is, of course, the undisputable king of sperg slop: "spoopy spary" glitch effects? check. Funded by furries who paid to have their gay ocs in the game? Check. Sizeable female fanbase? Check. Pretentious and pseudo-intellectual? Check.
What would you say about my hypothesis? Do you have any clues that could help me out in narrowing this down even further?
