The second page suggests it's an investigation under child sexual exploitation laws. This changes the dynamics considerably.

Thx for the context. But that's also THE way power oversteps: using emotional CSAM laws. Every platform that hosts any public content can have charges for child exploitation brought against it. Heck, a CSAM investigation officer could load it today & file charges tomorrow

I looked further, it also suggests authorization under medical fraud laws (unlikely for a static archive) or threats against government officials, so it could also be an ICE power grab.
