Looks like the subpoena had to be issued at the entity's address in Canada, so they likely don't have a US presence that could be used by the DOJ. The Canadian govt decides whether to enforce the subpoena now. It'll be interesting.

They request the data, if it’s a lot, to be handed over using a CD-ROM. Really? They are pretty up to date with new technology, the FBI. The last time I used a CD-ROM must be about 15 years ago.
