Looks like the subpoena had to be issued at the entity's address in Canada, so they likely don't have a US presence that could be used by the DOJ. The Canadian govt decides whether to enforce the subpoena now. It'll be interesting.
They request the data, if it’s a lot, to be handed over using a CD-ROM.
Really? They are pretty up to date with new technology, the FBI. The last time I used a CD-ROM must be about 15 years ago.
should make the archive available for download just in case. divide into into ten thousand pieces, every one can grab at least a few. collectively we will have many copies.
Oof the DOJ put me in prison for my website and hasn’t let me leave. You better stay away from the US. And move all of your shit to a non western country. And do not use any banks within their confines. As long as it never touches a US entity they shouldn’t be able to touch you.
Can the attorneys weigh in here? Is the registrar only a Canadian company? I thought subpoenas could only be served abroad when they’re served upon a U.S. national or resident.
Get the Chinese to send them a special CD 😂 I'm sure the FBI will stick it straight into a networked computer. Full access. If you need somewhere to dump an off-site copy give me a shout I'm more than happy to piss of the FBI
