何度も言っていますが…「病院の赤字経営」は原因ではなく結果です。 支出である人件費も家賃も光熱費も物価も上がっているのに、収入である診療報酬を上げないとビジネスとして成り立たなくなるのは当たり前の事です。 政府や厚生労働省の準備不足を、病院経営のせいにするのは間違っています。

もう薄々気付いているかもしれませんが、コラーゲンドリンクがいつの間にか、肌がぷるぷるになる飲み物になっています。 実際は飲んだコラーゲンがそのまま肌のコラーゲンになるわけではなく、一度アミノ酸に分解されてから体が必要な部分に使われるだけです。

もう薄々気付いているかもしれません。ブルーベリーがいつの間にか、視力が良くなる食べ物になっているけど、実際は目の疲れが多少取れるかも、暗いところで目が慣れるまでの時間が短くなるかもくらい。むしろ、食べ過ぎは糖分とりすぎになることがありますからご注意を！

驚くべきことに、日本にも「何もしなくても良い」初期研修病院が存在します。 「研修病院としての看板を降ろしたくない病院」と「何もしたくない初期研修医」のニーズがマッチしてしまった結果です。 初期研修医は9時〜17時まで研修医室にいて、Netflixを観て2年間過ごすだけです。

私もTCBに見学に行った事がありますが、「診察室◯番の患者、オペ室が空いてて勿体無いから3割引きでオペしちゃおう」という会話が飛び交っていてひきました。 ホワイトボードには今月売り上げ目標◯億円と大きく書かれてあり、ここで働くのは無理だと思いました。

「見えているから」と後回しにしがちですが、学校の視力検査や斜視など異常を言われた場合は早めに眼科を受診して下さい。多くは眼鏡などで矯正すれば見えますが、中には弱視と言って、治療する時期を逃すと、大人になっても視力が十分に上がらないことも。異常を言われたら眼科を受診してください！

驚くかもしれませんが…医師の時給はある概算によると約1500円です。 下記のように、連続36時間ミスの許されない仕事をできますか？ それでも「医師の人件費を下げろ」と言っていると医療崩壊しますよ。 CPA（心肺停止）の患者さんを診ながら重症患者さんを診て、病棟でお看取りしたことありますか？

何度も言っていますが…「病院の赤字経営」は原因ではなく結果です。 支出である人件費も家賃も光熱費も物価も上がっているのに、収入である診療報酬を上げないとビジネスとして成り立たなくなるのは当たり前の事です。 政府や厚生労働省の準備不足を、病院経営のせいにするのは間違っています。
