交通の妨害になっていないことが重要＝下の写真のように、人が誰も通っていないまたはほとんどいない場所、車が通るような車道ではないこと。 イスラム教徒個人の礼拝であれば、条文から見て、上記の状態であれば道路交通法の許可が警察からなくてもできます。 交差点🚥という人が絶えず行き交うところでお経唱えている僧侶さんのほうが道交法違反だと思いますが。
