ただ、内容があまりに一方的で許し難いです。過去にインフルエンサーを依頼者とする裁判で、大した分析にも基づかずに一方的に他人を発達障害などと罵ったケースで勝訴したことはあります。

早速、本件と別件で、2件の訴状を作成させていただきました。あくまでも、政党の活動とは関係のない個人に対する行き過ぎた発言と考えるもののみを対象としています。また、相手は一般的な市民や有権者の方ではなく、一定の社会的影響力を持っている言論者に限っています。

この投稿に米山議員が法的措置を予告している。侮辱表現としては「キモジジィ」「こんなゴミが」のみだけど、米山議員が先に挑発文言を述べたという事情もないので、違法行為と評価される可能性は50%はある。

飯山氏からの提訴は全く根拠がない出鱈目なもので、棄却させるのに数行の反論で足りるものでしたが、裁判所が触れてくれたら嬉しいところを一応主張しておきます。これで今回の提訴は100%棄却です。もし、3人への請求が少しでも認められたら、弁護士登録を抹消します。 x.com/fukunagakatsuy

シドニーで就寝中に、猫組長さんからLINEで訴状一式の共有を受けたので、妻が寝てる横で暗闇の中、体起こしてノートPC開いて作業しても1時間弱の手間棄却だけなら、LINEの0:34にある一文で十分だったけど、せっかくなので向こうの主張が何もかもおかしいことまで判決で触れて欲しい

米山知事も民事事件の判例を引用していますし、あるとしても私法上の賠償請求のみだと思います。これで刑事上の法的責任を負う可能性はほぼないかと思われます！いずれにしても、明らかに政治的な主張に対する批判的文脈で出た表現行為ですし、違法性が高いとは言えないと考えます。

5月20日、ローツェのキャンプ4（7700m）で深夜1時に起きて2時半からローツェ（世界4位8516m）のアタックを開始し、無事に登頂（4枚目動画）さらに同日、休みなくローツェ山頂からエベレストのキャンプ4（7900m）まで移動し、20時から連続でエベレスト（8848m）にアタック。

しばらく話題に出ないけど、ゴーハラがメルチュにまで仕掛けた出鱈目な刑事告発は必ず不起訴になるいい加減、もうすぐ処分が出るでしょう。老害達が喚き散らしてから今に至るまで、一つも買収罪の対価を裏付ける事実関係は出てこなかった真っ白ではないと有罪推定で責め立てた責任を取るべき
