This is the worst theory I've ever seen. They literally don't even have similar art styles at all, and you can't really just completely switch on command. Speaking of which Katie usually animates on flipaclip.
It's not just because of this, but also because of a now deleted channel Little Elcho made called AlzieXLab. Which is very similar to what Kaaatie does today.
Someone even got blocked by Katie for bringing it up.

Yo! My comment was in this subreddit! So let me explain (bad grammar warning)
I was her OG fan from 2021 and I watch her before fpe. In early 2022 she makes a new account called "AlzieXlab" (from what I remember that was the account name) where she makes her old OC animation and then she changed it to Misery X, and then Nuttt (I might forgot some of her old username) and then she deleted all of her animations and arts And changed her channel name to Kaaatie!
Also yes this is true cuz, why do I need to lie at the first place?

The theory is true, here's how i found out:
I had Katie subscribed before i knew about FPE, so I decided to see who Katie really is.
If you copy this url (Katie's Channel ID): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqD-wZeHajGk94rtDW97Ilg and put it in the wayback machine, it will show you bars in 2022 and 2024. If you go to 2022, it will show you alzieXLab, a channel that Little Elcho has made some time ago, which makes sense as why I had Katie subscribed before. So now, if you go to 2024, it will show Katie as we see the channel now. And there you have it, this proves that Little Elcho is Katie!
This also proves that their artstyles are identical to each other, haha yes!
