This is what the kitten looked like on the third and fourth days after we rescued it. The kitten we rescued was covered in injuries, so we can imagine it was probably chased by wild animals and had a very scary experience. It's friendly with people and can distinguish between what is safe and what is not, so it will probably take some time for it to open up to Rin. When we met outside, it was very threatening towards Rin. That's how it protected itself. It did a great job surviving at just two months old. With such a tiny body...it's so brave, it brings me to tears. 😢 That night, the kitten somehow managed to escape, and came into my bedroom on the second floor and licked my face all night long. 😳 While I was happy, I was also worried about where it had escaped from. I'd be away from home for work the next day, but I wondered if it would be able to return to the room it had escaped from. I hope Rin and Ohagi don't fight...
