Kenoh has started a new project! "Kenoh Channel presents Pro Wrestling NOAH Newcomer Auditions" to be held!!
As announced by Kenoh on the " Kenoh Channel" ( https://youtu.be/PQf0k9uUYlc ) broadcast on September 22nd, it has been decided that the " Kenoh Channel presents NOAH Newcomer Auditions" will be held.
Pro Wrestling NOAH is always looking for trainees, but this time it will be in the form of an audition, with Kenoh being present as an examiner and broadcasting the process from the entrance test to debut on the Kenoh Channel.

・Date and time: November 3, 2023 (Friday/Holiday)
Location: Tokyo
・Eligibility: Men aged 16 or older who are in good physical and mental health

1. Physical fitness test
The same menu as NOAH's introductory test will be conducted.
・Flexibility・Mat exercises・50 V-crunches・50 leg raises・30 crunches・30 back exercises・30 push-ups x 5 sets・Front bridges (front and back x 10, left and right x 10, rotations x 10)・Back bridges (front and back x 20)・Keep bridge for 1 minute・200 squats・30 jumping squats
2. Interview by Kenoh
