Pro Wrestling NOAH is always looking for trainees, but this time it will be in the form of an audition, with Kenoh being present as an examiner and broadcasting the process from the entrance test to debut on the Kenoh Channel.

Date and time: Saturday, November 2, 2024
Venue: Yokohama Radiant Hall
Eligibility: Men over 16 years of age who are physically and mentally healthy and over 170cm tall
[Audition details]
1. Physical Fitness Test
・The same menu as the NOAH introductory test will be conducted.
① flexible
② Mat exercise
③ V-Crunches - 50 repetitions
④ Leg Raises - 50 times
⑤ Crunches - 30 reps
⑥ 30 back exercises
⑦ Push-ups - 30 repetitions x 5 sets
⑧ Front bridge - front and back x 10 times, left and right x 10 times, rotation x 10 times
⑨ Back bridge - front and back x 20 times
⑩ Bridge Keep 1 minute
⑪ Squats - 200 reps
⑫ Jumping Squats - 30 reps
2. Interview by Kenoh
