suzuさんの地域では福祉パスなどはありますでしょうか？ 交通費がかからなければ図書館巡り、水族館や動物園などでゆっくり過ごす方法もあります。 （障害者手帳を開示で減税、入場料無料措置など。） ↑見たついでにウォーキングもしてます。疲れやすいのでベンチでもゆっくり休憩も挟んで。

このADHDの人は、グレーゾーン🩶に近い感じの人だったかもしれない。 でも生きづらさもあるからどうしても、診断がおりて支援を受けたい人だった背景が読み取れる。 ようやく診断が下りれば、 障害者手帳を取得したり、障害年金、障害福祉に繋がったりできるからであろう。

これは困った 一般就労へいけない人、知的障害などはずっとB型作業所におるんよ。 うちの弟もそう。 国が無理やり、障害者から労働力を確保しようとしている。 労働力確保したいなら、厚生労働省と財務省が障害者雇用作って寝たきりの介助が必須な人から全部の障害者のめんどうをみればいいのよ。

ADHDが「片付けられない」のはそれはそうで、 正確に言うと 「片付け」をしている最中であっても 「散らかす能力」「発散拡散能力」が戦闘力53万くらいあって、収束収拾能力が全く追いつかないというのが正しい気がする。 衣替えとか旅行先とかの荷解き作業で、一瞬にして部屋が終わるタイプはこれ。
