It was mostly alright. Mostly. My main complaints are:
1. The kek density was abysmally low for a sketch show. A 10 minute episode of Smiling Friends on average made me laugh or chuckle more times than a 30 minute Extreme Peace episode.
2. Some of the sketches were absolutely nonsensical to me. I would legit watch them with a poker face and have no idea what the joke was supposed to be.
3. They push breaking the 4th wall too far and they do it too often. When Nick Rochefort calls someone an awful actor or comments on his own lines for the third time in the same episode I start cringing.
4. Nick Rochefort in general. He is painfully unfunny holy fuck. The entire "Are You Smarter Than a Gay Guy" sketch has two jokes and precisely zero of them are even remotely funny.

This, the entire show is slow-burn absurdism. While there where some interesting ideas, it overall felt like a waste of time. Many of the bits fell like they where comprised of improv repeat takes, which shouldnt be necessary on a nonsyndicated comedy show. The cardinal sin of the whole production is how abjectly unfunny its base scenes are. In any other show these would work for character growth, or furthering a larger plot, but in one-off sketches it feels entirely pointless. At so many points they could have thrown in smaller jokes, or at the very least built up to a larger punchline. but instead we just get pointless riffing. It leaves me feeling like there was no real preplanning or concept behind any of the skits- as if the mde crew felt they where more than capable enough to just build sets and come up with a funny, satisfying plot structures once the cameras started rolling. If I had to sum the show up in a sentence it would be "Wow, these guys really just blew thousands on what amounted to a cutaway skit in a youtube video". The show wasnt bad per say, and there where elements I really enjoyed, but I cant see myself rewatching it- let alone recommending it to any irl friends.

He's the godfather of anti-humor, in which many no talent dipshits tried to imitate his shtick just to get that sweet 5 seconds of relevancy. Didnt really like the segments they teased on youtube, thought it was lame.
The scenes about sex felt very forced and unfunny.
Most of the scenes I've seen are hit or miss.
I was a huge fan of World Peace but I officially don't "get it" anymore.
It feels like World Peace and Paradigm Shift 2070 became real life and maybe that's why I cant laugh at Extreme Peace.

GEG tsmt. Tried rewatching some of it out of fairness and just couldnt get through any episodes, let alone full skits. The whole show seems way to concerned with being introspective at every fucking moment rather than just being "comedy". For instance, where is the punchline in the futuristic ai bit?

Great, but wheres the fucking joke? This is a 5min bit that does absolutely nothing, its like sam actually thinks hes saying something with this. This isnt the only issue with the show, often it feels like there is nothing at all being said. Take the skit with the coffee beans, it seems as if they had a completely different idea for the bit, but just scrapped it all in favor of vaguely eluding to 'the elite bad'. The worst offender probably being the "are you smarter than a gay guy" bit. They built an entire set for this scene, along with bringing in a large audience, yet it goes completely nowhere. At no point is anything actually said, and there is absolutely zero payoff by the end. More than anything this show needed actual scripting, it felt like it had a higher budget compared to the original series, but seemed to have even less direction. The whole thing is encapsulatitve of how little planing is put into any of Sams projects, its as if his work is entirely disposable slop just meant to be consoomed and forgotten about. I feel the need to mention that I somewhat enjoyed the bit about wasting time, and being directionless in life- but I cant help but see how ironic it is being that this show itself is an extremely bloated, meaningless time sink.
tldr Sam is a pretentious redditor who will sell half-assed slop to his impressionable, maladjusted young audience just for a few more shekels.

That sketch is probably the worst one in the entire shitfest because it takes so long and ultimately leads to nothing, I have no idea what was supposed to make me laugh even once during the entire sequence. And the fact that they built and entire set and invited and entire crowd of people just to do a shitty improv with no prepared jokes is even more depressing.

The only funny things Sam Hyde has ever made besides World Peace were SOME of the mirror videos, the street interviews and the "pranks" (yale lives matter, paradigm shift, an inconvenient anime, and the standup sets where he would shit on the hipsters and libtards in the audience). That was a time window of like 3 years I think? Everything he made before that sucks ass and everything he made after that sucks even more ass but at least he got some money from MDE goys- sorry I meant FANS.

By the way, the thing I will NEVER fucking get is Fishtank. It's literally one of those shitty "reality tv" shows from the 2000s which were already some of the worst stuff to ever be filmed on a camera, but Fishtank is even worse because it's a lifestream so you have to watch it for like 4 hours straight to get 15 minutes of some remotely interesting stuff happening. Who the fuck watches that?

Its funny, I could seeing it getting somewhat popular on a mainstream level(in the same reality tv goyslop did) if they seriously put some planning into it. I havent completely followed it, but from what I have seen theres tons of dead spots and something big gets screwed up every season. I doubt a majority of the 'fans' watch full episode retrospectives. let alone toon into the live feed. hopefully they take the cancellation of s4 as a godsend and make their "show" actually watchable.

It was alright, clearly had a lot of time and effort put into it and I think it was worth the wait. Although, I got sick of America's Next Top Daddy Dom. I think having the show end with Friendsgiving and with the All Under Heaven performance would've been better than another clip that they didn't want to cut out. I think going from 11 minute episodes to 30 minute ones really takes away from the tightness the first season had. The 5th episode of Extreme Peace was 23 minutes for some reason, but I think the rest of the show could've benefitted from that. Trimming down the fat, you could say.
