Due to construction work at the Fukuoka Airport Domestic Terminal Complex, the current "Group Bus Pick-up/drop-off area" will become a "Group Bus Boarding Area" exclusively from August 1, 2025. A new dedicated "Group Bus Disembarking Area" will also be established.

  Domestic group bus stop (next to the south Pick-up/drop-off area)

• The bus waiting area is a waiting area exclusively for those using the group bus stop. This group bus stop and bus waiting area are exclusively for group buses.
  ("Group bus" means a bus with the following dimensions: height 2.2m​ ​or more, width​ ​2.2m​ ​or more, length​ ​5m​ ​or more, and a vehicle that can seat 14​ ​or more people.)
• Vehicles smaller than group buses should use the South Pick-up/drop-off area (no height restrictions, width less than 2.2m, length less than 5m, free for up to 10 minutes).
  (As of July 1, 2025, the criteria for using the group bus stop and bus waiting area have changed.)
• If you do not abide by the following rules, we may refuse your use. Please check the rules in advance before using the facility.

Please note that the group bus stop​ ​can be used within 15 minutes.

1. After entering the bus waiting area, please submit the "Group Bus Stop Usage Application Form" to the security guard. (Click here to download the application form.)
   Drivers will not be able to pick up passengers. As the bus will need to be moved, please do not leave the bus. The bus waiting area is generally limited to a maximum of 30 minutes.
2. The customer (tour conductor) should wait in the arrival lobby, and once all passengers (by car number) have arrived and are ready to board, please contact the driver. The driver should then inform the security guard.
3. Security guards at the bus waiting area will coordinate with security guards at the group bus stop to direct buses in a chronological order based on availability.
   Once the driver has been notified that permission to move has been granted, he or she should receive a "Permit to Use" from the security guard and move the bus to the group bus stop.
   In addition, the driver will be asked to inform the customer (tour conductor) to move from the arrival lobby to the group bus stop.
4. Move the bus to the group bus stop and inform the local security guard. "License" After boarding the bus, please hand it over to the bus stop. Within 15 minutes​ ​Please leave promptly.
   Please note that if you use the parking lot for more than 15 minutes, you may be asked to apply again at the bus waiting area.

1. Drivers must wait in the bus waiting area.
2. Customers (tour conductors) should wait in the arrival lobby, and once all passengers (by car number) have arrived and are ready to board, please contact the driver and both parties should proceed to the group bus stop at the same time. After passengers have boarded, please exit the group bus stop promptly.

1. When entering, please go directly to the group bus drop-off point from the Airport South Intersection.
2. After disembarking, please leave the group bus drop-off point promptly. Group buses cannot use the local bus or express bus drop-off points.

*In special cases, such as when there are passengers using wheelchairs, the current group bus stop can be used as a drop-off point. Please inform the security guard at the group bus stop on the day of your trip.

• Where can bento suppliers pick up and drop off their bento?
  Please use the domestic south Pick-up/drop-off area adjacent to the group bus stop.
  
  
• Where can I load and unload my luggage escort vehicle?

• What to do if you are a one-man operation?
  In order to move the bus, the driver must wait at the bus pool and cannot get off the bus. A customer (tour conductor) is required to pick up the passenger.
  
  
• I am planning to tour the airport. Can I use the group bus stop and park during the tour?
  The boarding and disembarking rules are the same as for other group buses. Bus parking is not permitted during tours.
  
  
• Trucks are at the group bus stop​ ​Can I use it?
  This bus stop is reserved for group buses, so it is not available for use. Please use the parking lot only if your vehicle is the size that will fit in the parking lot.

• Can I use the group bus stop for a Hiace or other vehicle?
  This stop is reserved for group buses and cannot be used. Please use the parking lot only if your vehicle is large enough to fit in the parking lot.

• Are there fees for using the bus waiting area and group bus stop? Also, are there any time restrictions on use?
  Free use is available. Please leave the bus waiting area within 30 minutes, the group bus boarding area within 15 minutes, and the group bus drop-off area as soon as all passengers have disembarked.
  
  
• Can I make reservations in advance for bus waiting areas and group bus stops?
  Advance reservations are not accepted.
  
  
• Can I ride multiple buses at the same time?
  There are limited spaces available at the group bus stop. Since it is difficult to board all passengers at the same time, we will guide you to the bus number when all passengers are present. Please wait in the bus pool until you are called.
  
  
• Can I get off multiple buses at the same time?
  There are four drop-off spaces available, but if they are full, passengers will be asked to wait in line, so please allow yourself plenty of time.
  
  
• I am the tour conductor (representative) and have informed the driver that all the members of the group have arrived. When should I direct the customers to the group bus stop?
  As soon as the group bus stop becomes available, security will contact the driver, so please wait for the driver in the arrival lobby.

  Please use the group bus drop-off point.
