つべこべ言わず今すぐ佐渡島に来い！と言いたくなる。この内容の海鮮丼&刺身定食をこのロケーションで食べられて2000円。客が我々だけなのは絶対におかしい。都内なら大行列になるレベル。連休なのにどこも空いてて逆に腹立ってきた。

「伊東へ行くならハ・ト・ヤ♫」って誰も来てないじゃないか！皆来たほうがよい。海底お魚風呂は水族館並みの大水槽に巨大海亀にアジ、イサキなどうまそうな魚が目の前で泳ぐ。サウナも露天もあるし、日帰り入浴2000円に＋900円払うだけで旅館みたいな昼飯まで食える。昭和観光遺産に指定すべきだよ！

鹿児島空港の椅子、イームズのシェルチェアぽいデザインだなって思ったら貴重な本物、オリジナルだった！這いつくばって椅子の裏確認したから間違いない。どうも1972年の開港当時からずっと現役で使ってるらしい。耐久性すごいな！！！

松坂屋上野店で買ったレアチーズクリームがたっぷり入ったコレ、たった120円で信じられんくらい美味い。ところでこれ、なんて言う名前でしたっけ？

秋葉原と神田のあいだにかつて存在した「万世橋駅」。何年か前から22時まで無料で公開されてるんだけど、あんまり知られてないのか誰もいない。遺構好きにはオススメですよ。

【アニサキスについて重要な検証になるかも】昨日横須賀で釣ったサバ、その場ですぐに締めて内臓を取り出したのに筋肉の中にかなりの数（20以上）のアニサキスが！つまり「生きてる時から身の中に居る」ことの証左。今年は多いとは聞いてたけど気をつけてね！（しめ鯖諦めて焼きます）

看護婦さんに「元気なアニサキスでしたよ！」って赤ちゃん生まれましたよ的に言われた（）

「小笠原まで片道24時間も退屈じゃないですか？」って聞かれたけど、こういうのがあることを忘れてませんか？特に昨日の星空は何度も船乗ってきた中では圧倒的一番だった。iPhone手持ち撮影でコレですよ！！

「人生最高のツナ食べたければ自作！」簡単だから絶対試してほしい。 ①血合いの少ないアラを買う ②塩を振って出た水気を取る ③ローリエ、ニンニク、胡椒を入れる ④7分目までオイル入れて20分煮るしっとり柔らかく激ウマ。市販品食えなくなる！今回キハダで作った。400円で死ぬほど沢山出来る。

\ここまで昭和なホテルが南房総にまだあることが奇跡！！/ 小学校の夏休みを思い出すよ。レトロな外観と「南国ホテル」というネーミングが最高。夕食はアルコール含め食べ飲み放題。ゲーセン、カラオケ、プールもあり当時最高の贅沢が全てここにある。それで1泊1万円ちょっとは格安だと思うよ！
