カンジダ(カビ)の反応がよく出やすいところは、へその際(左側)の小腸。アトピーの人は、へそ回りがゴリゴリと硬かったり、腸が浮腫んでいる人が多いです。カンジダが勢力を増してくると、目の周り、口の周り、首、肘、膝裏、お腹の湿疹が顕著に出始めるので、糖分の摂り過ぎに注意するとよいですよ~。

【副腎疲労の人にまず試してほしいこと】 ①三食食べる ②血糖コントロールしする ③寝る前に夜間低血糖対策をする ④ビタミンC1000mgを2時間おきに摂取 ⑤Mgを1日400mgは摂取 騙されたと思ってやってみてね。副腎疲労がまだ軽めの人は、3日目くらいから体感が変わりやすいよ。
副腎疲労(HPA軸機能異常)の治し方 【基本的なアプローチ】 ①小麦粉乳製品カフェインを摂らない ②3食食べる ③血糖コンロトールを行う ④ミネラルとビタミンを必要量補給する ⑤夜21時までに寝る(せめて23時) どの状態、どの毒素が溜まっている人たちも、やることは一緒。まずはこれからです。

朝食がオートミール、バナナやプロテインで昼まで血糖値が持つ人は、筋肉がしっかりついていて、肝臓が元気で、基本的に普通の生活+仕事+運動までできる体力をお持ちの方々です。栄養不足や体調不良の人がすると疲れるし、低血糖おきやすく、腸内環境が荒れやすい。基本は和食の朝食がおすすめです。

アトピーの人で、唇の縁の輪郭が荒れている人は、大体カンジダです。輪郭が白っぽく、ペロペロ皮が剥ける。輪郭がぼやけてしまい、形が変に見えるなど。ほぼカンジダ。保湿云々ではないので、どれだけリップクリームを塗っても、あまり改善しないことが多い。腸の状態と、免疫を上げることが必要。

食品の中ではダントツの消化酵素を含むため、アトピーの方には食前におろして食べてほしい大根おろしですが、実はヒスタミン対策にもおすすめです。 大根にはヒスタミンを分解促す酵素が含まれています。 ヒスタミンは干物魚や青魚にも多いですが、その魚に大根おろしを合わせるのは先人の知恵ですね。

アトピーの人は消化器が弱っていることが多いため、消化酵素を取り入れることがおすすめ。食品では大根おろしが最強です。炭水化物、タンパク質、脂質の消化を助けてくれるので、食前に食べるのがよいですよ。すりおろしてから10分以内が最も酵素が多く、徐々に減少するため、直前におろしましょう。
