晴海フラッグや湾岸タワマンを数年前に買った方は、全員やったほうがいいです。 書き方が中途半端でしたが、自宅を担保にフリーローンで現金を借りるというよりも、自宅(個人名義)を共同担保にして法人で不動産2件目を買うほうがロスが少ないです。（法人の信用不足分を個人自宅の担保余力で補う）

昨日は夕方から2時間以上(任意)取り調べをしていました。 その間にも民泊・白タク送迎車が帰ってきたので、その度に応援を寄越してくれ！と110番していたら、どんどんパトカーが増えていきました。 権限の中で一生懸命動いてくださる所轄署に感謝です。

三菱商事に転職したこの女性 広告会社総合職(と思われ)から三菱商事バックオフィス職は異例では？ 広告が激務すぎてバックオフィス職に行き多少はWLBを取りたかったのかな。 広告でバリバリやってた人が仕事内容(トレード)に魅力感じて転職は考えにくい。 てか品が良すぎて三菱商事感しかないよね。

ドゥトゥール前、夜2時、 「銀座の女性」の帰宅ラッシュで街が一瞬澱む改め華やかになる。銀座からタクシーで1000円ちょいなのも勝どき・晴海エリアの良さですね！ 晴海フラッグは管理会社がかなり厳しくみているようで、賃貸棟は皆無です。分譲棟もタクシーで飲み疲れて帰ってくる男性しかいません。

伝わるかな、この歩道の広さ。歩いていて気持ちのいい湾岸のプロムナード。 これに惹かれて晴海フラッグに来ました。もう赤坂とか六本木みたいなゴミゴミした所には住めないです。。
