現在、代々木4丁目の土地の定期借地契約についてSNS上で疑義の声が上がっています。土地の契約については他の区議の方が契約について調べているようですので、おやこ基地初台にある、NPO法人フローレンスが運営するみんなのみらいをつくる保育園初台の収支を確認してみました。定員３０人に対してかかる経費が１億3700万、税金が原資となる部分は一人当たり400万円支払っていることになります。これは妥当なのか他の園と比較する必要があるかと思います。
