数日前、仮差押命令が大口の債権者4名から取り下げられた。民事再生をするためかと考えたが、再生開始決定があると仮差押えが失効するため、民事再生申立てと直接バッティングするわけではないので、担保金の取戻しを狙ったものと考えます。
