Ammonia mixed with bleach produces chloramine gas. Bleach and vinegar produces chlorine gas. Sulfur mustard (mustard gas) is not something you can make with off-the-shelf products.
People often get these chemical processes mixed up, but they’re very different. Mustard gas isn’t really a gas; it’s the vapors from a liquid. These vapors cause extreme blistering on any mucous membranes it touches. Chlorine is that yellow shit that will fill your lungs with foam 'till you drown if you get a whiff of it. Chloramine is vaguely similar to chlorine, but it’s a whitish-grey gas and it’s not nearly as deadly.
