After the dissolution of KolymaNET, 50% of its property was given to me in return for absolving kuz of most of his debt. This included every site that KolymaNET managed. Soyjak.party was given to the "Yuriy Kuznetsov Trust", which I manage. To be clear, kuz as a personality was a very marketable and profitable product, and soyjak.party played a part in sustaining this profitable idea. Kuz had originally planned to give the site to doll free of charge, but before that took place, KolymaNET, which owned soyjak.party, dissolved, and it became my property. The site has been owned by me for 2 weeks. I appointed kuz as the Administrator again because unlike Doll, kuz's fame and marketability meant that my operation — leveraging soyjak.party's size for the benefit of the estate — would continue as it had before the crushing news of his diagnosis.

Kuz initially agreed to this plan, but as the days have went by, was more and more unwilling to work with the site, saying that it was disgusting and full of evil people, and that he stood by what he had wrote months earlier. Kuz, who is undergoing expensive, and time consuming medical treatments, and false sexual abuse allegations in Russia, told me that he had changed his mind, and was no longer willing to even view the site. Eventually kuz began asking me in our phonecalls if I would just sell the site to make a profit instead of trying to get him to do that. I do not know much about what this website is, and I do not know how to manage internet forums myself. So I agreed, and I plan to sell the site. The current starting bid is $7,000, the highest bidder is DOLL, the former manager of the site and the original successor to kuz.

If you are interested in participating in the ongoing bid, message me @avm_ontelegram. You must be able to show proof of holdings. It will take place over bank wire, not cryptocurrency or similar. I am the owner of the website, and the proceeds will thus go to me, except 10%, which kuz stipulated should go to a Ukraine war charity of the winning bidders choice.
