12 Week hybrid training programm
This free 12 week program is open to all levels and designed to build strength, endurance and performance through hybrid style training that blends running, functional fitness and strength training.
It’s all about staying consistent, getting fitter and training with purpose over summer. It’s fully delivered through Technogym so you can keep training anywhere, even while you’re away.
The program also includes a built in weekly group session at HIWA to train together and get race ready.
