Part-Time Personal Assistant – Real Estate

Are you organised, tech-savvy, and ready to support a top real estate professional? 

Cindy Guo at Barfoot & Thompson Manukau is looking for a Part-Time Personal Assistant (25 hours per week, with room to grow) to help manage her growing business.

You'll be the go-to person behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly—from calendars and client databases to paperwork and social media.

What you'll do:

  • Manage Cindy's calendar, client database, and property documents
  • Handle day-to-day admin and correspondence
  • Support marketing and social media activities
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

What we're looking for:

  • PA, EA, or real estate admin experience preferred
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and time management
  • Positive, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Real estate licence preferred but not required
  • Flexibility to work from home when needed
