Soldiers of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, supported by UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters, conducted a successful operation in the city of Pokrovsk.

According to the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, a group of Special Forces managed to force open a land corridor after landing in the city’s industrial zone.

The operation was conducted by the Tymur special forces unit, known for participating in complex combat missions at the front line. The DIU emphasized that the mission was successful.

Two UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters from the DIU aviation unit took part in the combat operations.

They delivered the troops to the northern edge of the Pokrovsk industrial zone, where the fighters gained a foothold and occupied several strategic facilities. It is noted that the forces of this special unit continue the operation in the area, which is important for the frontline logistics of Ukrainian troops.

Currently, combat operations are underway to counter attempts by Russian troops to expand their firepower along logistics routes in the DIU’s area of responsibility.
