Before TLoU was available and Sarah's model became available, most 3DCG loli porn was "Toy Story 1 humans recreated in Oblivion with Sims 3 animations"-levels of creepy (a lot of modern 3DCG porn still looks like this). Sarah was a breath of fresh air, and a lot of modelers and animators used her (and to a much lower degree Ellie) as a base for a truckload of porn.
Eventually models of other 3DCG lolis like Sherry and Natalia from RE or Alice and Emma from D:BE became available, but for a number of reasons (the models being created using scans of real children which makes porn more legally questionable, or their more realistic faces being more difficult to animate without steeping in the uncanny valley) they never became as popular as Sarah.
