That's the polar opposite of what most people think of him. A lot of people have him being only slightly less of an agro ass than J/ames C/ameron but he's actually quite soft spoken and patient so it's just interesting how there are so many different demeanors attributed to him based on the form of exposure. You would get the same emotional and psychological connection/effects from a fully sexµal BDSM relationship but without engaging in sëx at the end for release or it could be sexµal but not with penile penetration. I think that as a society we've progressed far enough that we need to start actively distinguishing real bigotry from prejudice. Bigotry is a psychological disease and there's nothing that you can do to change that person's beliefs because the only thing they believe to be true and right is what they've already determined which is, of course, so egomaniacal and sick. They are a lost cause not worth the effort and you just hope they die out and don't breed forward their hatred. However, someone who is prejudiced is usually that way because of ignorance or isolation which leads to prejudgments based on what they've heard but not what they know. They can very much be educated and informed through exposure to change their outlook and become accepting although some will always be more reluctant than others. There's hope in prejudice where there's none in bigotry. That's our society and while we're not moving as fast as we should we're still progressing and we need to recognize that progress rather than make the same biased generalizations which keep us stationary. However, ending institutionalized racism, misogyny, xenophobia, homophobia, etc., moves entirely too slow and until it catches up with society's pace, it's going to make life very different and difficult for minorities and fuel the belief in them that things are never going to change and there's no light at the end of the tunnel. We need to tackle the institutions that are operating under old attitudes to really make a difference in people's lives, the justice system being a prime example. There's is absolutely zero justification for why a white man, black man, asian man and hispanic man should be treated any differently for committing the same crime but it happens again and again. It's why affirmative action is still very much needed despite continued protestations. Why the ACLU needs our support. Why we need more diversity on our television and movie screens, in our local, state and federal governments, in our textbooks, etc. That is our greatest challenge along with continued forward movement in society of course.
