Shipping options

All UK orders are shipped via RM24/48/Special Delivery (depennding which service you select), and we offer free UK delivery on orders over £50.00 and next working day delivery within the UK.

UK Next Day Delivery

UK next day delivery is available from £7.95, orders must be place before 2pm Monday - Thursday for next working day delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. The delivery cost is calculated per order at the checkout. We now use IOSS to charge domestic sales tax on all orders being shipped to the EU. Therefore if you’re placing an order for delivery within the EU you will not be charged any additional duties or taxes once your item arrives in your country. The total price you pay will be the price displayed at the checkout when paying for your order. Please note that any orders sent outside of the EU may be liable for customs charges and import duty which is the responsibility of the customer.

How long until my order ships?

All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are shipped the same day.

Refunds and cancellations policy

we offer a 30 day money back returns policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s you may return them to us in their original condition. To return an item to us for a refund or exchange please contact us beforehand, your refund will be processed as soon as the return has been processed and the returned item inspected. You may cancel your order at anytime before it is shipped, once your order has been shipped your order cannot be cancelled until the items are returned to us in their original condition. If returning an order for a refund, the items must be returned to us in the original resalable condition at the customers cost. Please note that when returning an order for a refund the refund received minus the initial postage charge paid.
