めぐみん事件と言われてるのは、画像生成AIに「魔女狩り、炎上」と入力して出力された画像が、名前すら入力してない版権キャラに類似してた件の事。生成AIの機械学習に無断利用されるとこういう事になってしまう。AI利用者は「知らなかったから私は悪くない」と言い逃れし、AI提供企業も責任をとらない

chatGPTのopenAI社が公開した動画生成AIでこのような出力が可能なようですね。「許可を取ってるんだろうな」と思うでしょうが、AI企業は権利者に許可を得ず著作物からデータを取得してこういう出力を実現してます。そういった権利の軽視を問題視すると、変な連中に「反AI」と言われる異常な状況です。

著作権法３０条の４を言い訳にして絵描きの絵を無断利用する連中が溢れる事が予想されます。 絵描きは自身の絵（RGBカラーのPNGファイル）をzipでまとめておき、画像生成AIの機械学習用に有料提供する意思（価格は応相談で２５０万円からだとか）を表明しておくと良いでしょう。（写真畑の人も同様）

生成AI信者がまた的外れな事いってるな。そのAIでどんな権利侵害が生じるってんだ？マリオがミッキーになったりするとでも？ 無断盗用AIが批判されるのは、元の著作物の表現を無断で情報解析&出力(盗用)される事で権利侵害が生じたり権利者の利益を害するからで、そういう懸念が無ければ問題ない。

展示物は「実物の貝類」ではなく「貝類AI画像」ですか？違いますよね？資料的価値のある展示会なのに、展示されていないAI合成画像の貝類をポスターにするのはおかしな事ですよ。ピカソ展のキービジュアルにピカソの絵の贋作を選ぶようなものです(しかもそれは展示されてない)

あらゆる著作物を権利者に無断で生成AIの情報解析に用いた結果、このような出力も可能になってます。 キャラ等の創作的表現を情報解析すればその名前等を入力して創作的表現の出力が出来るようになるのは生成AIの仕組み上当然想定される事であり、「想定外の過学習」などではなく「未必の故意」です。

明日開催されるコミティアは生成AIに関して「出力結果そのままを主体とした作品の頒布は不可です。生成AIは作品制作の補助となる範囲で使用してください」と規定を定めてますが、運営はそのチェック等を行わず参加者の良識に任せてるので、AI画像が主体の頒布物を見掛けたら運営に連絡しましょう。

＞絵柄は著作権の対象じゃないんですよ よくある間違った認識。「具体的に表現された絵柄」は著作権法の保護対象であり、著作権法の保護対象にならない「抽象的なアイデアに当たる画風や作風」ではない。ただし「ありふれた表現」は保護対象外。 ファクトチェック団体はこの人に注意を払うべきだな。
