少し複雑な話になりますが、AIを使って行う違法行為は、AIに対する立場や考え方に関わらず違法です。つまり、AIに否定的な人であっても、AIを使って違法行為をすれば法律違反となります。 「じゃあ私がAI使ってお前に違法行為をしてもいいんだな」の答えは「ダメです」になります

もしかして、反AIの人たちは比喩とかではなく、生成AIイラストを「悪い二次創作」的なものだと認識している？？ 「二次創作」+「ズル」+「リスペクト無し」+「著作権者が明確に嫌と言っている」あたりの雑な足し算で考えているとすると、奇妙な言動も腑に落ちる

なるほど。「手描き絵師がいなくなると、AIに食わせる餌がなくなって立ちゆかなくなる」と勘違いしてしまうのは、彼らは原作パロありきの同人誌作家だからなのか。 なら理解できますね。 結局自分の創作体験の根本が、同人パロしかないから、AIも同じだと言ってるんですね。

反AIは根拠も無く犯罪者呼ばわりしてくるから馬鹿にしていいと思うけど、絵描き全般をバカにするのは良くないと思う あくまで馬鹿なことを言ってくる人たちがバカなだけで、黙ってる絵描きはバカなことなど言ってないし、統計っぽい悪口も慎重にすべきだと思う
