音喜多氏、また炎上してるな。 開業医がゲートキーパー機能を果たして病院の負担に寄与しているって批判が目立つけど、その論自体は正しい。 ただそれが都市部を中心に偏在、過剰供給となっててリソースの分散や浪費に繋がっていてそれを是正しないといけないって話でしょ。 x.com/otokita/status…
