The regular shipment for the eleventh month (Shimotsuki) features a luxurious marriage with "eel," the flavorful taste of the Japanese autumn, and we have selected two unique Japanese wines for this purpose.
One wine gently envelops the savory flavor of grilled eel (kabayaki), and the other sharply tightens the richness of the eel's fat.

We used 100% Muscat Bailey A harvested in Yamanashi City and finished it as a cloudy sparkling wine characterized by charming fruitiness reminiscent of ripe berries and fine effervescence due to Second Bottle Fermented. Please enjoy the deliciousness of freshly picked fruit and the profound flavor derived from yeast.

Katsunuma Brewing Shipmante Rosé 2023
Katsunuma Jozo transmits wines that express the individuality of the terroir to the world based on the belief that "winemaking is Zaku grapes." This is a pale rosé with a slightly orange tint. It is calm immediately after uncorking, but gradually you will feel red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, cotton candy, and yeastiness derived from secondary fermentation. It has soft acidity and fine bubbles on the attack, a medium-light body, and nuances of wild strawberry on the aftertaste. Due to the high viscosity inherent to the grape variety, please chill it well before opening and open it slowly without shaking it.
