私がJAの営農指導員になった時に先輩指導員から、 「俺達の仕事は、農畜産物を１円でも高く売って、生産者（組合員）を儲けさせる事だ」と教えられた。 消費者からすると「支出増」かもしれないが、生産者からすると「収入増」であるという視点も、持って頂きたいです。

JAは基本委託販売やから、 「買い叩く」という事はしとらんよ。 概算金を払って農家から米を預かって、売れた代金との差額を精算金として支払うんやから。 この「売れた代金」が安かった原因は、消費者（米を買う側）が「買い叩いていた」からやで。

農家から直接米を買っている人も それなりにいると思うが、 この人のこの話以外で、 個人取引の場に 農協がやってきて、 金銭を要求された人がいたら教えて欲しいわ。 ワイは非農家の農協職員だったけど、 金の徴収に行った事もなければ、 知り合いから直接米を買った時に JAに金を払った事もないわ。

FF外より失礼します。 以前JAで営農指導員をしておりました。 一般的に単協の販売手数料率は3％前後が多いです。全農も同程度。あわせて6~8％位だと思います。 1億円の販売高の品目でもJAの儲けは300万程度。担当者1人の人件費すら出せません。基本的に指導販売事業は赤字です。 儲かってないです。

農協の意思決定は基本的に 総会（総代会）で行われますが、総会で議決権を持てるのは正組合員（農家）だけです。 どっちが上か下かではなく、 農家が決定したことを農協が実行しているだけです。 ただ、JA職員と組合員であれば、組合員の方が立場は上です。 職員は、農家＝JAに雇われた存在なので。
