About Me

My name is Ryan Proctor, I'm an 18 year old senior at Dayton High School. I stand five feet eight inches tall, 156 pounds with very dark, short brown hair and green/hazel eyes which change depending on the light. I live in Dayton, Washington; a small town of 2000 people or so in rural Southeast Washington. My whole life I've been involved with sports; I wrestle, swim, ski, play football, and run track. More recently, however, I've gotten more into weightlifting and bodybuilding. In the past year or so, I've packed on 10 pounds of muscle despite going through 3 successive hips surgeries.
