We have recently discovered that 100 ticket sheets have been lost at Lawson, our ticket sales partner, within the product distribution center in Aichi Prefecture where the ticket sheets were stored.
Lawson has already filed a lost property report with the police.
Lost ticket sheets may be counterfeited or misused, so to prevent this, we ask that you purchase tickets from authorized dealers such as Lawson stores.
Please rest assured that all tickets purchased through our sales site "Lawson Ticket" and at Lawson and Ministop stores will remain valid.
Going forward, we will thoroughly implement our management system and strive to prevent recurrence.
We deeply apologize for any concern and inconvenience caused to our customers and related companies.

【Future measures】
1) When handling ticket sheets at the distribution center is completed, employees and managers will thoroughly check the number of ticket sheets.
2) The ticket management staff and delivery driver must hand over the ticket when departing from the delivery center.
3) During regular visits to distribution centers by Lawson headquarters employees, they will check the ticket management ledger and inventory quantities, and will also check and provide guidance to ensure that the operation manual is being followed.
4) To prevent misuse, the specifications of the ticket card will be changed and the inventory will be replaced at all stores.
