I've been thinking about pointing that stuff out every time I see that banner. It's definitely wrong if the intention is for it to say "The home of Swedish victories" in which case "hemmet för" would be more correct, however that would translate back into English as "the home for", not "the home of", and in Swedish "hemmet för svenska segrar" still sounds a bit odd because it sounds like it's a nursing home inside which "swedish victories" stay (as if "swedish victories" are physical objects that stay inside a "home" as in a nursing home). One can change the order of the words and write it like "svenska segrarnas hem" but that would not only mean "the swedish victories home" but also mean "the swedish victors' home" (as in the home of swedish individuals who have won/triumphed). You might think "av" could be used instead of "för" as a solution to the problem introduced by the first attempted solution, but "hemmet av svenska segrar" sounds unnatural and nonsensical in swedish; nobody would say "hemmet av"-anything if they wanted to say "the home of". In the end I guess "hemmet för" is the best solution, at least it sounds perfectly natural, but it has the problem mentioned earlier. Another solution is to change it to "hemmet med svenska segrar" which means "the home with swedish victories".

If one changes it into "den svenska segerns hem" which means "the home of the swedish victory" or literally "the swedish victory's home" then it sounds perfectly natural in Swedish and one avoids all the aforementioned problems. But you might of course think that's changing it too much – the order of the words is different now and the original has "victories", plural, whereas "den svenska segern" is singular ("the swedish victory"). Note however that you can't simply change "segerns" into "segrarnas" to make it plural without again having the aforementioned problem of it then meaning not only multiple victories but simultaneously also meaning "victors" as in individuals (the problem that occurs with "svenska segrarnas hem" as well).
<victory space
So to sum up, if it's to be changed then the best solutions are:
"hemmet för svenska segrar!" (the "hemmet för" part sounds perfectly natural, but the whole thing is somehow strange in swedish as it sounds like a "home" you put "victories" inside)
or
"den svenska segerns hem!" (sounds perfectly natural without any problems whatsoever, but it's singular)
