We know both Ethan and Hila are obsessed with SocialBlade statistics, so I put this together to show how short lived Hasan's cancellation was. This is why his crash out is now resorting to outing Hasan's personal life in order to endanger those he cares about. It will only get worse.

Now looking at the election results, Trump getting 86 more electoral votes and approximately 2,800,000 more votes than Kamala it’s finally clear to me. Hasan was the missing piece!

Once he did, he did try to be respectful for about 2 episodes and went sicko mode immediately after. I was a fan of both until he started going after Hasan
The person in that screenshot summed up “the beginning” in two sentences, I didn’t think much of it and no one can really do it in just two sentences if you think about it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said it’s not that far off because, from the way I remember it, Ethan did try very shortly to be respectful about Hasan before he went on sicko mode. The way I remember it is Ethan had a crash out for about few weeks after leftovers ended and then went pretty much silent on the subject for at least 6 months because the backlash was enormous. Eventually he started talking about it again and pretty fast went psycho mode on Hasan? Am I wrong? I could be wrong but that’s how I remember it
Tbh I don’t really care about it much and I don’t understand why is everyone losing their mind. That person tried to sum it up in two sentences (which none of us would be able to do accurately considering this has been going on for so long) but it is true that Ethan tried to be nice about it for a hot minute (maybe a week tops) I didn’t say that justifies what he did but the OP is still not that far off.
The first year after Leftovers ended Ethan didn’t talk about Hasan at all. It was Hasan’s audience bringing Ethan up and Hasan defending him. After a year Ethan started easing into it (like the person said) and slowly started getting more crazy bc Hasan wouldn’t respond (and occasionally still defending Ethan bc he didn’t know the full extent of what Ethan was saying)
Ethan did start by saying what the person in this SS says, then when Hasan didn’t respond immediately he went a bit harder then walked it back the next episode again. Once he realized Hasan does not want to engage he went psycho mode.
My point still stands, that person is not that far off from how things went down
I wish they also pointed out the passive language he used (again) when talking about Palestinians. “They’re suffering” “struggle for dignity” etc. And he ALWAYS does this, if you had no idea what’s going on you wouldn’t be able to tell what’s happening in Palestine based on this video.

I really think he’s trying to get back some sense of control after what Kavanaugh did to him, and more importantly, what he feared Kavanaugh might do to him.
He and his fans will never admit it but Ethan got humiliated, it’s a fact, and he was lucky Kavanaugh chose not to do it publicly. However, Ethan understands he got cucked and everybody knows it so now he has to do the same to someone else and a little bit extra to not feel like a loser.
